Finding a career mentor is something I have wanted/needed to do for quite some time but I have been putting it off. It was living in the ‘too hard basket’ until recently when I decided to procrastinate no more and reach out to my ideal woman. I share my full experience, from start to finish, including a cold-email template based off what I sent and a list of questions to ask!

If you asked me as a 5-year-old, a 10-year-old or even a 20-year-old you would have heard one of three answers; vet, school teacher, cafe owner. Not in a million years would I have thought I would be a General Manager for an agency. And I definitely would not have thought I would have found myself in this role at 22-years-old.

Today, I want to talk to something that is close to my heart… being supremely untalented. Why is it close to my heart? Because I am one supremely untalented individual.

I am back! I have had my head deep in every book, forum, blog, podcast and who knows what else in preparation for the next phase of my life. If either mother is reading this, no it is not a baby.
